Square Register - compare day to same day of week LY (not same date)

The Square Register recently updated it's reporting making it easier to see sales in both Gross & Net as well to compare to previous day and year. I can't seem to get it to compare to the same week day last year (Saturday this year to Saturday last year). It only offers to compare to same day previous week OR same DATE last year. Anyone know a workaround?

As of now, these 'quick-hit' reporting measures (month/year to-date, etc.) are pre-set on the register to measure the exact date of time passed, rather than same day of the week. I can definitely see how altering these measurements would be helpful! I am passing your feedback over to our Product Teams now.

In the meantime, specific sales report for certain days are fully available from your Online Dashboard! More info on this here.

Thanks. It’s important to note that Square Register doesn’t have an internet browser so getting to the dashboard is impossible for our shop team. Getting the reporting on the Register to match the time comparison capabilities of the dashboard (or even the dashboard phone app) would be a great add!

I don't actually think the Register needs to have a browser on it - it's great as it is. The feedback was really about the reporting.
