I have a client with two Square online stores (one for regular orders and one for catering). Would they be able to use the same location in Square but with different fulfillment options based on the site? It looks like that's linked between the two sites. The catering orders need 24 hours' notice as a minimum, and they'll handle the deliveries internally.
@boldlyforge I think the easiest way without doing 2 locations is to set up a different set of items for the catering site with a prep time that is 24 hours etc. that way it will have the correct pick up times.
