Square Installments Participation email from Capital?

Does anyone know what this means?  I just received this email and it is from Square Capital but I have no idea what this is referring to.

Square has installment program. Where your customer pays in installments, and for whatever reason it’s not available to you any longer. Good luck

I did!  It was just there one day. No email, just happened to see it on my dashboard.

Ahhhh, ok!  Well I guess since I didn't realize it was available in the first place, I won't miss it!  🙂  Thank you!  I was so confused!
