Hi @lynn39 I believe you may need to change the format for your labels first. From the Square Online Overview page, click on Settings > Shipping and then select Edit next to Advanced Settings. Scroll all the way down to the page and change the label format from 8.5x11 to 4x6
Note: this will update the label format for new orders. Any orders that are pending or have labels already purchased will still show the 8.5x11 format. I apologize in advance for any troubles this may cause.
