So for valentines day every year we take preorders for heart shaped cookie cakes. We start taking the orders in the middle of January through about February 7th. All of the cookie cakes will be made and picked up on either February 13th or 14th. Typically we have to manually create and send each customer an invoice for each and every cookie cake...(so like 800 of them!). This is very time consuming. We would like the customer to be able to order and prepay for their cookie cake through our square website.
Is there a way we can set up this specific item to only be available to order for pickup on either the 13th or 14th?
