I want to do some sales analysis

Hi there, 
When I export sales data because I want to compare if one sandwich is selling better than another, I have a really hard time making sense of the data dump Square exports. How do you get your items to sort properly, so you can compare and contrast? 

Not sure why this is so difficult.
