Do you have an example of an FAQ page on an external site that you like? It may be easier to get you set on the right path if we know the style you are going for.
I've seen sites that create a standard page, and list out the Q/A with just a text section. You can also use the Embed Code section to add a third party accordion style widget as long as the service provides an embeddable html code.
Some sellers prefer to include a link to the FAQ page in the main navigation, but I have also seen sellers hide the page, and only include it in the footer section of the website.
