I am looking to take advantage of a day we are closed, Mondays, and offer a take home meal kit for pickup/ delivery on that day. The issues are:
- Need to be ordered by a specific time beforehand in order to ensure availability, cook time, food etc.
- Is only available on one specific day each week.
-Can this number be capped if necessary?

Great questions! We are currently Beta Testing right now for this feature, join this group if you are interested in being a part of the beta. One way to force pickup days and times is to create variations of the item that has the date and time - as seen below:
