Hi! I'm a therapist using square to charge cards on file. My client is saying that they aren't getting emailed copies of each charge (the charges go through) and they are asking for a statement of charges. I feel like this should be easy to provide but I can't find how or find anyone else asking a similar question. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?

There is no Statement of Charges in Square. You can Email them a copy of each transaction. Go to Customers / Find your Customer and Click on them / Scroll down to Activity / Click on the transaction then click send. Repeat as nessesary.
