Sending an invoice that’s already been paid.

Saw this question was asked three years ago. Looking for possible resolution…

Customer paid for an event (not a normal service option) and wants an invoice for tax purposes. Need to send a paid invoice.

Super simple.

This is business 101. Has this issue been fixed yet and I’m just missing it?

@alignwithleah Go to online dashboard --->invoices---->search/sort by paid  ---> Click on three dots to right of invoice and you can share a link to the paid invoice or download the .pdf and e-mail a copy.

You will have to send an e-mail separately with the link or pdf attached but it is super easy.

I think you can do the same in the point of sale, but I find the online desktop faster in this case.
