Don't think you can do screen shots on that type of device - it's an interesting question - even if you could, where would it go - it would have to be stored someplace ? Just a thought. As for using a camera, light reflection is an issue. You could try shading the Terminal from any overhead light or reducing the amount of light to a minimum all together. Also if you have a tripod, that would keep the camera totally stable. (One interesting thing I noticed is that Square has a couple of videos that demonstrates how to use the Terminal - you can see shots of the screen and they are quite clear - not sure how that was done but, there's no flicker or light reflection.)
