Sales tax rate applied on my account but it's not pulling to my online store at checkout?

I have my sales tax rate applied on my account to all my items but it's not pulling to my online store for customers when they checkout. How do I correct this?

Square only collects tax if the item is being shipped within your state, so if someone out of state buys something sales tax is not needed to be collected.
