Sales VS Cashier

We use the square POS at a car wash. We have employees who get commissions on upcharges. Our current process is the lot attendant will write up a ticket and give it to the customer who then takes it inside to the cashier to pay for the service. I would like to set up each employee with their own passcode to put the sale into a device outside and then the customer comes into to the cashier to close out the sale. I know there is a way to do this I just need help with the set up. Ideas?

Maybe it's overkill or redundant but you could try creating a category for each employee. Then assign your entire library/item/services to each category... Basically, every category has the same item library. Say it's Bob outside creating a ticket... He would go into his own category and start adding things to the ticket. Print and save that ticket, then fulfill the transaction inside. Now each item/service has a category/employee assigned to it.
