SELF SERVE ORDERING

Hello, 

 

So I have already created a qr code for a menu for one of my clients locations. However, he wants to redo the QR code for another location with a slightly updated menu. The problem is that when I go to that option, it doesn't give me an option to delete the qr code and redo it with the new location. How would I fix this?

Whenever you're trying to create the new QR code are you creating the Checkout Link again? 

 

Or is that giving you trouble too?

Hey @Kassi_ 

 

The thing is that it won't even give me the option to create a new qr code, it is using the one I created for his other store on his new website. A little backstory, he had a square online ordering page for his restaurant, but he was opening a food truck and we were assigned to create a 3 page website along with an online ordering page for him. However, before creating the website, I created a QR code with the original restaurants menu, but the new food truck menu had some slight modifications. Now when I try to generate a new QR code for this new food truck website, it isn't even giving me an option.

 

Please let me know how to fix this, thank you so much!

I am not seeing any issue like that on my end, so I am going to suggest reaching out to one of our CS advocates

 

They would be able to take a deeper look and even file a ticket with our engineers if something isn't acting correctly.
