Star printer automatically prints two authorization slips for us. This time it failed and customer was reluctant to allow a re-swipe after we fixed the paper jam.
How can we reprint the authorization slips?

you can go into the menu in Square POS and in the activity tab click on the transaction you want and then choose new receipt and choose print. Swiping a card again after a printer jam would result in a double charge.
