Reporting for Inventory Tracking Adjustments

I am a Square for Retail User. I have found how to view inventory adjustments (i.e. damages, lost, etc).  However, is there a way to export these to a spreadsheet or better to add to a custom report so that I may report these to my accountant?

I don't see an easy way to do this. I would definitely put this in as a feature request ASAP as I'm sure a lot of people will be wanting to do this in the next few months
