Can the Square App generate a report that breaks out credit/debit transactions by the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)?

you can export your transactions from this page.  https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions . then you can sort by card type.  there is no debit, everything is run as credit.
