Reorder custom made gift cards

Hi everyone, 

Is there a way to reorder a previously designed gift card?  We made a custom one for our shop and just want to order more.  Seems the only way to do this is to create it again.... when we go to the gift card tab it does show up as an active desgin but you can not select it... I really do not want ot have to recreate it and fill out all that information each time

I would recommend calling eCard systems directly as they are the ones that print the cards and see what they say.

I know this is an old post, but I’m having the same issues on reordering custom gift cards. This is a failure on square for not having an easy to locate tab called 

Reorder Custom Gift Cards. I’m spending way too much time trying to find this answer.

Hi @Mgoetzeler - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with ordering custom gift cards.

If you have the design saved as a file on your computer, you can upload it while placing your order in the portal. You'll be able to see this option once you begin the order process (I've added an image below to show what still will look like).

If you contact eCard Systems directly, they may be able to repeat a previous order for you. You can contact eCard Systems by phone at 1-866-776-7409 or email at [email protected].

Had same issue called eCard 1-866-776-7409 they were extremely helpfull and quick got cards reordered in less than 5 minutes.

I found the proof order in my email and replied to that message a year or so later to reorder. Here is the email chain:
