Remember your last "style cut" for a salon or dog grooming?

When using Square POS terminal for a salon or dog grooming business, if a customer returns will the POS system show me what that customer had done on their last appointment?

Example, a customer brings in thier dog for a shampoo and nail trimming, then a month later that same customer returns with thier dog for the same thing, can I pull up what they did last time and use that information or do I have to reinput it again?

Ideally, I'd live to just put in the customer's name and see their history and reuse that info nsyead of having to redo it everytime they come in.

I am not very well educated with the square, but I know that you can create a customer profile. Services, notes, price and even keep their card information on file. When you Ring up the sale I think you can just type in their name and it will duplicate the last time they were in, I think.  I was just on searching how to do a paper gift certificates and I found the option for creating a client profile  😊

If you create a customer you can add all their information includding notes.  If you select the customer each time you ring the sale it will track all there sales too.
