I have refunded a customer and need to know exactly when he receives the refund in his account. How will I know that he actually receives it, without taking his word for it?

A refund usually takes up to 2 business days and at most 7 business days from the time you initiate it.
Has it been over that amount of time?

Thanks for the reply. It was initiated Thursday Jan 30th.

Are you able to check if the refund completed and the client received the money?

I moved your post over to this thread where Kassi has explained the refund timeline. It can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for a refund to complete once it has been initiated.
