One of the features I'm looking for is the ability to redirect my clients to a custom page after they book their appointments. I'm able to do this with scheduleonce but I don't see that option in Square Appointments. Am I missing something?

That's not an available feature, but it's a very interesting request! I'll send this over to our Product Team so they're aware of the suggestion.
There needs to be a way to track ad conversions for booking appointments. It is embarrassing that a feature to add a tracking code or even just a redirect to a "Thank you" page is not present. I have seen threads requesting this feature going back to 2016.

Google Tag Manager can not read code within an iframe. The simplest solution would be for the booking embed to allow a redirect to a custom "Thank you" page. Should take all of 10 minutes for the developer to add this.
Until this feature gets added, there is no way to track how well ads are working.
Shame on Square for not being there for businesses that rely on this software.
I really need this feature too to track google ads conversions... reading this thread is disappointing that they haven't implemented this yet.

I saw a post about tracking conversions with square appointments but no response to getting it in place - any idea if you can get this in place - it would be really helpful for people running ads to track conversions

It's time to wake up and smell the coffee and add the custom thank you page - it cannot be that difficult - lot of other calendars are doing it - the request is there since 2016 - how many other signs do you need
Is there no update on this? It's a bit ridiculous that this has been going on for so long and still so many of Square's users are not able to track conversion by either embedding code or through a Thank You page redirect.

@ashc Can anyone confirm or deny whether code injection for Square Online site now applies to Appointment Bookings now that Online Booking has been rolled into Online Sites?
Specifically asking whether these features apply only to Checkout, or also to the new Appointments Booking Flow?

Still no ability to redirect for TRACKING? Wow. Disappointing.
So, I'm done. The final straw that pushed me over the edge was the recent changes to the Appointments features. I was always on the free level. I'm a one-man show and I don't need a whole lot of the other features. But, Square went and disabled all external calendar sync functionality on the new free level offering. That combined with the STILL lack of conversion tracking has pushed me to move all of my business over to Stripe and use Calendly or Latepoint (WP plugin). I would go straight to Latepoint but they are currently missing sales taxes (I know, WTF, no taxes??!?).
So Square, you win. I'm leaving you and selling my hardware. Hope you are happy now.

Wow, Basically April of 2022 and still no resolve. Quite embarrassing tbh.
I'm looking to redirect my customers to a Form/Contract to collect in depth client information and sign a waiver before their appointment without having to generate a separate email (manually) just to do so. This 2022 Square, developers are getting paid $200k plus and we can't even get a redirect feature which has been STANDARD in other appointment apps for YEARSSS. Wake up!
@cedwards Don't bother, move to Calendly and be done with it. This feature has been on the wish list since 2014. No matter who I've spoken with, even chat messages with Square prod managers and Square developers on LinkedIn chat, nothing changes.

@Square - This is a basic feature. Reading this thread it looks like it was first requested in 2014! So seven years later please can you give an update on when it will be available?
