I am a new potential user of Square.  I am having trouble with:  my paired device doesn't accept chip card payments, and when I want to excercise the warranty to return the device, the serial number on the device is more than 14 digits.  Can you help?  If not, please direct me to someone who can.

@framer - Sorry to hear about the trouble! It sounds like like we might want to do some troubleshooting before processing an exchange, especially if your reader is brand new. What type of smartphone or tablet are you using with your reader? Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps yet?
