QR code checkout issue - fulfilment not set

Hi, im

new to this and want to set up qr codes so that people can order at a particular table. So I’ve set them up and teatimes and when I go to checkout and pay via Apple Pay it says ‘fulfilment not set’ anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?

Hi @FYREPIZZA, thanks for flagging this. 

 

There's a couple of things we need to check here for accepting Apple Pay on your Online Site.

 

Firstly that you have the checkout setting enabled: 

 

Go to your Square Online Overview page > Settings > Checkout >Toggle on Accept Apple Pay an/or Accept Google Pay

 

And secondly that you are testing this out on Safari, Customers will only see the option to pay via Apple Pay when using Safari as their browser.

 

If you are opening the QR code on your device with Google Chrome or a different browser, you would get an error message. 

 

If you are still getting the error message after these steps, please post a link to your site here so I can look into this more.

Hey, thanks for your reply, I have tried Apple Pay when just selecting menu items (without using qr code) and it works fine, it’s just when I try and checkout via a qr code then it states about the fulfilment not being set. I have also checked fulfilment in my items and it’s set up as it should be

I tried to test this out with my own account @FYREPIZZA but I couldn't replicate the issue. The only thing I noticed was the my phone automatically opened my site through chrome after scanning the QR code rather than Safari.
