Product setup question

We have physical and online store everything under the same account.

Here is the situation:

Let's say we have a vendor with 100 products and we buy 20 products from him every month. Then we display those products in a physical store and online. Now vendor asking if I want to keep buying 20 products for a physical store, but display all 100 products for online store.

So the question is:

If I set up all 100 products in the system, but have only 20 is there be any conflict in system reports? Or do I have to set it up differently? If yes, please advice guidance.

Not sure about what particular part of reporting you are concerned about but it seems to me you could do this just don't track inventory for those items not in the physical store and change the prep time to the turnaround time it would take to get from your distributor to the customer. It will still show all sales in the reporting even if you are not tracking inventory for those items.

Thanks for the clarification. The reporting I had in mind was the inventory assets. I noticed the tracking option but was not sure if it's for what is. The only option that is missing from it is that when exporting inventory is not showing the tracking option status off or on.
