Problem with my address

I need help to understand and find out why SQUARE constaly does not accept my shipping address and billing address. I have contact SQUARE in the past by phone and e-mail but problem still is not resolve, I assume is a glitch in their system.

Would you mind providing a few more details about where you are entering  your shipping address when it's being rejected? I want to make sure we're on the same page.
