Is there a way to make your website private when you are working "behind the scenes" so customers don't come to a mess when they visit the site

Hi kaylamessies,

This may do what you have in mind:

Login to your Square Account

Select "Online"

On the right side of your screen, you should see "Selecting Orders" (should show up in green)

Click on "Selecting Orders:

Look for "Accept online orders"

Toggle off

(When off, items will still be on your site but not available for purchase.)

@kaylamessies you can "unpublish" your site while in the middle of refreshing its design so that people can't se it.

click unpublish.
