Printing on 2 1/4" receipt paper on Star TSP100

Is it possible to change receipt formatting to print on 2 1/4" paper roll using the provided adapter? We have tons of rolls left over from our previous printer.

Hi @alleygalleryinc, welcome to the Community! 

I can't really say for sure, so you would just have to test the adapter and see if the receipts still print appropriately. There isn't away to adjust your print size or paper settings within Square unfortunately, so there won't be a way to adjust it, should it not fit.

Unfortunately, the adapter for the 2 1/4" paper pushes it fully to the left, so the Square receipt formatting does get cut off. It would be nice if it was adjustable!

I agree, it would be great if square allowed us to modify the printer settings.  It could save some paper and save us money!

@Ellas I'll definitely pass this request over to our Product Team. We've had some printer reliability and usability actions taken recently, so hopefully we can get something done in the future that will help with this.
