I'm a photographer. I'm trying to create customized responses when a client pays their invoice. I want to send a unique download password or link to each client once they pay their invoice. Once they pay their invoice, they get a download password to go get their files. Or they get a specifc link to go download the photos. I'm trying to minimize chasing people down once they've already downloaded their photos. The system I'm envisioning is: Cleint gets an invoice. Client pays invoice. THEN (and only then) the client gets either a password or a specific link to go download their photos (I have a photo delivery service that I can password protect). But the password needs to be different each time.
Is this something that can be done through the API?
Thanks!
Hi @mlefebvre9
This isn't something that can be edited or customized at this time, however, there's a workaround that comes to mind that might work for you.
For every invoice that you create, a customer profile is created for the customer that you've emailed the invoice to.
Since you're able to sort your invoices by "Paid", you should be able to view which customers need their passwords to download their pictures.
