Printing issue

My printer is printing all black receipts?  What do I do to correct?

Hey @Hillbillys — sorry to hear about the trouble! Thanks for bring this up — definitely sounds like something is off.

 

Are you receiving any error messages in the app, or are there any error lights indicating an issue on the printer itself? I'd recommend running through our printer troubleshooting tips.

 

If that doesn't fix it, please contact our Support Team with the exact make and model of your printer. We'll have a closer look ASAP.

I have the same issue occasionally, it gets resolved just by closing the app. Any progress on getting this fixed?

I have a Star TSP100 printer.

@emilio1976 - Have you had a chance to try any of the troubleshooting steps that Tom pointed out above? A lot of the time just deleting and reinstalling the app resolves intermittent issues like this.
