Printing a Receipt

Struggling to print a receipt from square app. Options are email, text or no receipt. There is no longer a print option. Is there a setting that has to be changed?

Is the app currently connected to a receipt printer? Usually, the print option will not appear if the printer has been disconnected. It's worth running through the troubleshooting steps outlined here to get your printer connected again and see if the print option will appear.
