I’ve never had this issue until now. My items take a while uploading to Square from Printful, but then once they do load, I can’t add them to their correct shipping categories because they won’t even appear. It’s as if it doesn’t exist. They automatically get placed in default which is still incorrect because each item doesn’t cost the same for shipping. Please help.
