Premium Package - 501c3 tax exempt organization

Hey I have a merchant who is trying to upgrade their plan to the premium package, but they are a 501c3 tax exempt organization so they are hoping to get it removed from the upgrade plan cost.

Any ideas on how to handle this?

I don't believe we offer any kind of special pricing for this but you should reach out to our direct E-Comm CS team to double check.

We couldn't take any action like that here from the Seller Community since it's intended for seller to seller conversations.
