Has anyone had experience with getting money back from Postmates/Uber Eats? We had a delivery through our online store on Tuesday and the customer sent us pictures of the cupcakes, which are absolutely destroyed. The customer spent over $100 with the fees and courier tip. I refunded her but I'd like to get the money back from Postmates since their driver messed them up. I just sat on the phone for 30 minutes with two different people using the phone number on the receipt, but I think it's confusing for them since i'm not actually in their system. And then I got hung up on. Don't really have the time to try that again so I'm hoping someone may have a better solution that's worked.
