Point of Sale for a drive up coffee kiosk: What are my options to connect an external touch screen?

I use square at my drive up coffee kiosk and was looking for a way to connect an external touch screen to the pos so that the customer could tip,sign and  receipt without having to pass my iPad out the window every time. Thanks

Unfortunately Square doesn't really have an interactive touchscreen when it comes to the Point of Sale app, @Dman121 .

You can add on a Customer Display to the iPad app, but that only will show your running total right now. (If you're interested in the Customer Display, it's a beta product and you'll have to reach out to customer support to enable it on your account)

You do have two other options if you're wanting to invest in hardware.

-Square Terminal. A lot smaller footprint, easier to hand out the window. Cons: smaller footprint means it's easier to have someone run off with it, does not have the grid display like the iPad.

-Square Register. The customer display screen can be detatched from the base and handed out the window/permanently mounted in a weatherproof way.

Biggest flaw with either of those is that if you accept online orders (another way to solve the transaction issue: have them order before they arrive!!), the Terminal and Register don't support online orders.

I know quite a few people have requested something like what you're talking about; hopefully Square is working on a better solution.
