How to add existing square equipment to my account for a second location?

The equipment is completely independent of any accounts unless you're picking up the equipment while it's still under an equipment lease. If that's the case, you'll need to work with the prior equipment owner and Square to transfer/pay off the lease.

Otherwise if you own it outright, all you have to do is log into Square with your credentials and you're good to go.

I highly recommend setting up another location in your Square dashboard (Account & Settings -> Business -> Locations) so you can track sales per store.
