Pick up Locations

We are a Master Gardener's organization and work out of a County Extension Office.  We are doing a plant sale. I'm using that as our main location as taxes will be calculated with that address.  We have 2 pick up locations that don't have regular hours.  We are setting the pick up dates and hours.  The software forces me to put hours of operation on the main location.  The software doesn't allow me to offer 2 locations for pickup that can be scheduled on a specific day.  I'm going to be putting instructions in the pickup section about going to Signup Genius to set a pickup date and time.  The link will show up there.  Can I put that in red??  

Also the invoice says that pickup will be available "on Monday at 10."  That's the hours I had to put for the business location.  I don't want anyone going to that location.  Is there anyway to eliminate that statement on the invoice and just have the pickup instructions showing up?  I have it set up that all inventory is at the main location because there isn't another physical location.  The pick up locations will be at farmer's markets in 2 cities.  I set those up as mobile locations originally but deactivated them because I was forced to put business hours there.  HELP!

I have some clarifying question to make sure I am understanding what you're trying to accomplish and giving you the best solution. 

 

Are you doing any pick-up orders at your main location? If not - you can turn off the pick-up order option for that location. 

 

Using those other locations for pick-up orders - you will need to add those locations to be able to use that feature. Even if you don't have normal business hours, I recommend adding them since you are specifying pick-up information in the customer's invoice.

Thank you for the reply.  I thought I was trying to do something the software couldn't do so I contacted Weebly help.  Went through 3 levels to be told it doesn't do what I need.  We have no inventory at any of the locations.  All of the plants that we are selling are at a greenhouse that no one will be coming to.  We had to put a location for tax purposes but there is no inventory at that office.  I had to put hours and days of operation so I put Monday 10-4.  The invoice says that the pick up will be available on Monday at 10.  It won't be.  There are 2 pick up locations at 2 farmer's markets in 2 cities.  It's complicated!  The software wants you to have inventory specified at a location for pick up.  That doesn't fit our issue.  I wanted the statement about "pickup on Monday at 10" to be eliminated from the invoice as I have specific instructions on the invoice about what they need to do to arrange for pickup.  It can't be removed.  So, all I can do is put a pop-up on the landing page that tells them to ignore that statement on the invoice and follow the instructions as written.
