As I was finishing a transaction my phone died, it said approved but customer didn't sign yet. The transaction doesn't show up under transactions but says pending under customers banking activity. Now I'm not sure if it went through or not?
Check and see if it is Transaction Status Report. It probably is and says Cancelled.

Hey @Frances, sorry to hear it. I would suggest contacting our Customer Success team so that they can take a closer look into the status of your payment. They'll be able to advise on next steps based on if the payment was successful or not. Hope this helps get you in the right direction. 🙂
