Permission from Vendors to sell online?

I own a brick & motar gift store and due to the Covid-19 outbreak I have been looking into starting an Online Store. Do I need to get permission from all of my vendors to sell the merchandise I bought online? Or since I have already bought the merchandise can I just go ahead and start selling these products online without reaching out to each vendor?

Hey @Sidetracksgifts - Great question!

Theoretically, as long as when you purchased the items you had permission/authority to resell however you please (theoretically selling in person or online shouldn't matter, but maybe sometimes there are agreements to only sell within a certain area or radius) - then you should be good to go and not have to reach out to each vendor.
