The title of this thread has been edited from the original: cannot access W-2s?
I have a client who uses Square, has one employee, and cannot access this one employee's W-2. My client has gone to the Payroll section and then the Tax Forms section, and the message "No Tax Forms Available Yet - your payroll tax forms will appear here once we've filed your first tax return."
What exactly needs to be done for him to access all available W-2s? I know he needs to get to it pretty urgently since his employee hasn't gotten one.
Hello @DCCLLC! W2 forms were made available online in January. If they haven't already please ask your client to give us a call so a Payroll specialist can help them with this.

Hi @Lesleewill57. Is anything happening at all when you click on the links? Or is there just a loading wheel?

I am having this same issue this year! I use Square payroll for my business and I am the only employee. When I click on "Tax Forms" I only see "No Tax Forms Available Yet". These should have been posted by January 31st.
I've tried emailing via the support center multiple times, but I've not receive a response. I've tried calling support but I don't have a "Code" and the support site won't give me one.
Please tell me how I can get in contact with a payroll specialist.
