Overseas in JP

I am stationed in JP, and from my research it seems I can charge cards if I make a JP square account linked with a JP bank account.

But, could I change the routing and account number afterwards for the bank I primarily use after registration?

Yes, it is correct that you can create an JP Square account for your business to accept payments in Japan. You also need a Japanese bank account to receive your sales. Although you can change your bank anytime after registration, you can only change it to another Japanese bank account. When you have a JP Square account, we can only send deposits to Japanese banks.
