We keep getting a "Connection Error: Unable to Connect to the Internet" when we try to run credit cards in offline mode. Help!
Hey @Kemado, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the connection trouble.
Is there any chance that this was happening with the Contactless and Chip Reader? The ability to process payments on that reader without a data or wifi connection isn't available at this time. You can still use the free magstripe reader or Square Stand in the event that you aren't able to connect to the internet.
