I've enabled the "Open cash drawer outside of a transaction" permission for my management team, and it's sometimes used to swap bills out or to count the drawer. Each time it's done this way, it says "no sale" in the transaction history. Does this impact our sales reporting? Will it count as a sale, or will the 0.00 count against our weekly/daily average sales number?
It's also worth noting that when I use "test cash drawer" under settings, it does not create a no sale when the drawer pops open. We've been using this option instead in order to not potentially affect our sales reporting.
