OpenCart: Returns blank error when processing credit card

Latest Square extension with OpenCart 3.0.3.6. Everything seems connected correctly and without errors. When I try to run a test order via credit card, OpenCart returns a blank red error. Not sure where to start since the error is blank. Anyone have an idea?

The fix was to add the "BCMath library" to php on the shared server.
