Hi, we built our web store and published it, but during the checkout process, shipping costs are not added. So, we had to unpublish the store until we solve this. Things that we've tried:
1) in online store > settings > shipping we've added a Default rate.
2) on each item page, changed the fulfilment method from All to Shipping.
3) in online store > settings > checkout, added Shipping and Return policies.
What did we miss? Thanks.
Thanks for double checking your Online Store settings. Sorry you still didn't find a fix 😔 I've looped in our Team of Weebly experts to see why shipping is not being applied.
I'll come back with an answer as soon as I get one.
Because I can't add shipping, I have unpublished our store. I tried to call someone today, but the contact link takes me to a chat bot without relevant results. I need to speak to a human being.
1) the store never adds shipping (no answer here in this forum)
2) SOLVED
3) the contact emails only go to one person, not the email that we have listed as the store contact.
4) I can't get a person to help me sort it out.
