Online sales not included in exports to Quickbooks desktop

I use Quickbook Desktop and have added Online Ordering (Weebly).  Have used SHOGO 3rd party to import square financials into QB so I don't have to hand type daily sales receipt including sales, cc payments and fees, cash sales and differences so that I can match the daily cash deposit including difference into QB Undeposited Funds. 

I'm told Weebly is also a 3rd party provider and orders going through them are not available to SHOGO.  So my sales receipt coming into QB through SHOGO do not include online sales.

I tried to create a customer report that I could export including the Sales Report and Drawer Report but was unable to do so.

If you're running into issues with Quickbooks accepting payment history, you'll want to contact Quickbooks. They're the ones who handle the integration between us and them. 

Hope they're able to point you in the right direction!
