I really want to be able to enter orders for my clients using the online store.
A simple form to complete would be great.
I hate sending them to their computer when I'm ready to take the order.
Right now I have to write down all the information, enter the order, double check it, then shred the piece of paper with ther credit infrmation.
Hi @hmatthes - You could navigate to your online store yourself and go through the checkout process yourself with all their info. Would that work for you?
Thank you for your reply. When it is a repeat order, I need to ask them for their password. I was hiooping for someting easier -- perhaps I'll try the standard Square system (hope it knows how to handle sles tax etc.) the I could redo the transaction in Quickbooks. Or just do it all in Quickbooks. then type in the credit into into normal square.
I'm going to try " Open Tickets with Square "
