We are a restaurant just beginning to sell online. We want everyone to have a "touchless experience" with the ongoing covid 19 crisis.
Can anyone tell me if a tracked item (stock tracking) that sells out online will automatically make it "sold out" the next online shopper?
This was never a problem when people were coming to the restaurant, but when everyone is ordering online, it's possible several people could order something at the same time and we could sell out before we even know we're getting close.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Online Items will become unavailable, but in store you can sell sold out products on the POS. This has put us into a bind many times!
