Online Store does not charge out of state orders taxes

My new online store is only charging tax to the state our warehouse is in. So our warehouse is in Ohio, but an order came in from WI and it was not charged sale tax.

Fixed, I had to turn on the automatic calculations, and select every state off that list instead.
