Once you have set up an online store can you invite customers who have paid through square to your site?

You could definitely use Square Marketing to invite your past customers over to your Online Store. Anyone who entered their email address to receive email receipts through Square would be the ones to get your Marketing email. But it's a great way to promote your Online Store and include the link to your store!
