We are a gourmet treat shop that offers a popcorn/fudge fundraiser program for local organizations to make money selling our goods. The sales forms are currently on paper, the kids are collecting cash payments and the sponsors have to track each kids' order totals to be turned into us for processing. It is very 1980's..... I've seen a platform called Scoreboard.Coach, hosted by Wix, used for online fundraising. Does anyone know if Square, via Weebly, and the Online Store can offer something similar? In theory, each participant would have their own url that tied back to the organization's url for individual sales tracking. The participants could share this url online with family/friends who could then order and pay online. I can imagine how it would work but no idea how to make my Square platform/Online Store through Weebly do it.
Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Seller Community!! 🙂
We don't have a direct way to do this, but maybe you could enable Note To Seller at checkout and have customers enter the kid's name? There’s a column in the order export for “order notes” that you can view after the sales are complete.
I'm going to tag some of our online store super sellers as well to see if they have any workarounds that come to mind.

Well I can’t think of any workarounds I would definitely love a feature like that I can think of many ways that that would be useful. Great idea!
I've tried getting people to put required information into the "order notes" but unfortunately, most people don't read all the information you give them. I wouldn't be able to depend on people to do it. Lol
Do you know if there's a way to have two different URL linked to the same square account? I'd like my business link to be my usual pricing, but my fundraiser prices will be different so I want to send people to a different URL. But I do not want a new square account for accounting purposes.
Thank you!
Hey @Ettas2016,
Thanks for reaching out- this is a great question!
You wouldn't have to create a second Square account to have a second website for your fundraisers - it's possible to have two sites, under the one account 👍. Check out our guide to get started here.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're seeing with customers not completing all necessary information in the order notes - what a hassle. Please let us know if you have any further questions, we're happy to help 🙂
If I’m understanding things, this sounds like something you might be able to do with JotForm and their Square plugin.
Use a dropdown box or radio buttons to make the participant selections off a common URL.
If that’s totally off base, maybe post a link to a promotion that runs the way you’re envisioning and one of us might be able to offer a better solution! Good luck 🙂
Hello! I'm trying to do my first fundraiser form (old school style) right now and was looking into finding a way to take online payments from a separate page than my website but using my same square account. Your idea of a unique URL is awesome. We're you ever able to figure something out?
